Travel Photo Thursday: Palazzo Pubblico – Siena, Italy

Palazzo Pubblico - Siena, Italy

Today’s photo is of the Palazzo Pubblico in Siena, Italy. It sits in the main square, Piazza del Campo, and is the can’t-miss-if-you-tried focal point of Siena.

We were only in Siena for one night, but I really lucked out with photos of this landmark. I have another from a completely different perspective that I hope to share in the future.

Some tips if you go:

  1. Stay longer than one night so you can:
  2. See more
  3. Eat more
  4. Drink more
  5. Enjoy more

Fantastic! Love the building against that blue sky. I want to go back to Italy!

Thanks for posting to Travel Photo Thursday.

Thanks Nancie! I definitely need to go back too, still have the entire South to explore. Not to mention parts of Northern I was not able to get to and of course, the parts I want to return to! Ah, the list never shortens, does it?

I commented on your photo, but was unsure if it went through. Let me know if not. I liked it very much!

I can’t argue with those tips! What a nice shot, too. Would love to visit Siena.
